As a Homebuying Specialist, she plays a key role in guiding homeowners through some of the biggest decisions of their lives – and she does it with empathy, clarity, and a steady commitment to doing what’s right.

Though she’s been with Better Path Homes for less than a year, Rachel has already become known for her teamwork, her calm presence, and her ability to connect with people on a personal level. She loves that the team supports one another, collaborates openly, and shows up with the shared goal of helping homeowners feel confident and cared for.

For Rachel, trust starts with treating homeowners the same way she would treat a friend. She looks for common ground, listens closely to their dreams and hardships, and takes the time to understand what they truly need.

"I like to find some commonality between us and want to learn more about their dreams and hardships we need to overcome," she says. "It's important to me that all of their needs are met by the services I provide."

Her goal is simple: make sure every homeowner feels heard, supported, and fully taken care of.

One example that stands out is when Rachel helped a seller navigate the difficult process of giving notice to their tenants.
