We are a family owned and operated company that specializes in providing a stress free way to sell your home, especially for those who are stuck in tough situations.

We love houses, but most of all we love people.

Zachary has a passion for helping people and for making a difference in the Charlotte community. With 100's of home renovations bought and sold, he has a knack for finding the best way to get to the heart of the problem and make it better.

Jeff is our visionary. With years of experience in construction, he can look at a property or vacant lot and picture the possibility. It's a trait we all try to tap into!

Heather is our numbers girl. She keeps track of all that we have going on and makes sure we know what the end result SHOULD be so our lenders, investors, and team knows what's going on!

When he’s not working with homeowners, you’ll find him on the baseball field coaching Shelby’s American Legion team, spending time with his fiancée Amber and kids, or diving into his hobbies: pickleball, graphic design, and exploring new places.

Kasey guides homeowners through the selling process with empathy and expertise. Outside of work, she recharges by heading to the mountains for new hikes with her family and dogs. She’s also a music lover, a coloring enthusiast, and a dedicated PTO volunteer who shows up for her daughter’s school community every chance she gets.
