What I Love About Being a Real Estate Investor

As a real estate investor, I get presented with unique challenges every day. Many folks have questions about the process of selling their homes, while some call with specific challenges and needs. Through the years I have gained experiences with a variety of situations and am able to bring that expertise to each seller’s unique situation to help guide them to the best solution that will fit their needs. As Zig Ziggler says, ‘Help enough people get what they want, and you will eventually get what you want’.

As an investor, I position myself to be a helper to those in need. One situation I find the most rewarding is helping to position a family out of a home that needs TLC and then position a new family back in a restored and beautiful home.

If there is one thing I have learned over the years, it's how challenging, costly, and stressful home renovations can be. For homeowners without the contacts or knowledge, coupled with the added stress of living IN the home during the renovations, it is often just unmanageable.

On the other side, many who want to be homeowners also lack the expertise, time, and budget to do repairs to a home they just purchased. In these situations, I love being able to come in and purchase the home in AS-IS condition and allow the current family to move on, stress free. Then we get to let our creative juices flow and design and renovate a home for the next family who is also looking for a stress-free move. We allow a new young family to purchase a home and unpack their bags, no repairs needed.

While I love to help people in a number of situations, there is a special place in my heart for helping those burdened by the sale process to move on to their picture-perfect home, while creating a dream home situation for a new family to move into the neighborhood to raise their family for years to come.

If you find yourself in a similar situation and wants to move on from your current home without any hassle and drama, call us today at (704) 802-1097.
