She’s energized by the mix – the blend of marketing, operations, problem‑solving, and collaboration that keeps her engaged and challenged.
She’s not someone who wants the same day twice. Her role gives her the freedom to build, refine, and improve – and she loves that.

In most cases, we do need to see a home inside and out to make a confident offer, and she believes sellers deserve that transparency.

Meet Her Herding Duo
Tonya’s life is made brighter by her two herding dogs:
Jax – the bully athlete. He once knocked down a 10‑year‑old just to get to a soccer ball. Zero regrets. Full commitment.
Fergus – the gentle, anxious farm‑dog-at-heart. He loves sitting outside doing absolutely nothing, but he’s scared of most people and animals. He’s sweet, loyal, and hilariously unqualified for any real farm duties.
They’re opposites, and they’re perfect.
