Director of Inside Sales
As one of the very first employees at Better Path Homes, Reyn has played a defining role in shaping the culture, systems, and standards that still guide the company today. What Reyn Loves Most About His Job
“I love the people I am working with – they make it easy to work hard every day.”
The Hard Work People Don’t See
Over the past decade, Reyn has managed complex workflows, navigated difficult systems, and balanced the needs of sellers, teammates, and leadership. But his most meaningful work happens quietly, behind the scenes.

“What people might not see is the immense amount of effort I put into managing and supporting our people. My biggest investment is understanding my team’s individual stories, their goals, and their pain points. I work hard to build psychological safety; knowing when to bring humor to lighten the mood and when to have tough, honest conversations that help people grow. I want them to know I care about them personally and professionally.”
He lives by the Clarence Francis quote: ‘You cannot buy loyalty. You cannot buy the devotion of hearts, minds, and souls. You have to earn these things.’
“That earning process is what I consistently work hardest at when no one is watching. In this life, in my career, with my title, and with all AI happening, I want our company to know we will always choose to have a heart.”
