For the past several years, he’s been one of the driving forces behind our new construction projects – the guy who shows up, solves problems, and makes sure the final product is something a new homeowner can feel proud of.

Matt loves the moment when all the hard work pays off: handing over the keys to excited new owners. That feeling – seeing someone step into a home they’ve been dreaming about – is what keeps him motivated through long days, complex builds, and the inevitable curveballs that come with construction.
