Dispositions Specialist
At Better Path Homes, we love celebrating team members who bring energy, integrity, and heart to everything they do – and Wes is exactly that kind of person. Since joining the team, he’s become known for his positivity, his commitment to excellence, and his ability to make everyone around him better.
What Wes Loves Most About His Job
Wes brings a spirit of stewardship into every interaction – whether he’s collaborating with teammates or guiding a seller through a major life decision. He’s intentional about the way he shows up, and it’s clear he sees his role as an opportunity to serve others, not just complete tasks.
Since joining Better Path Homes, Wes has become a culture‑builder. He consistently highlights the leadership, the kindness, and the shared commitment to excellence that define the team. His appreciation for the environment around him shows how deeply he values being part of something bigger than himself.
“Awesome leadership and great team culture! I love the company culture. Since joining the team, I’ve experienced genuine kindness and excitement, and I really appreciate that everyone is committed to growth, improvement, and excellence. Also, Noël is awesome!”
Integrity First: Choosing Honesty Over Convenience
Early in his real estate career, Wes made a choice that continues to guide him today: honesty and fairness come before commissions. “There have been many times when I advised clients against purchasing a home because I truly believed it wasn’t the right fit. Even when that meant losing a sale, I wanted them to feel confident that my guidance was based on their best interest, not my own.”

Stewardship & Ownership: Turning Challenges into Opportunities
Challenges are inevitable in real estate, but Wes’ response to them is what sets him apart. Instead of reacting emotionally or getting stuck in frustration, he approaches problems with curiosity and composure.
He sees obstacles as puzzles to solve, not setbacks to endure. That mindset allows him to stay level‑headed, think clearly, and guide clients through difficult moments with confidence and care. It’s a blend of stewardship and ownership that strengthens every relationship he touches.
"When things don’t go as planned, I pause and look at my mindset. Instead of seeing a problem, I try to view it as a puzzle or an opportunity. That helps me stay calm, think clearly, and focus on the best next step."
Hard Work & Continuous Growth: The Discipline Behind Wes’ Development
Wes is the kind of teammate whose effort shows long before the results do. He puts in the work to stay sharp – studying the market, asking questions, and learning from every experience. His drive to improve isn’t about checking boxes; it’s about bringing more value to the team and the clients he serves.
“I work hard at becoming as knowledgeable and skilled as possible – studying, asking questions, learning from experience, and looking for ways to improve.”
That commitment extends beyond the job. Wes invests in his personal growth with the same consistency, reading motivational and educational books throughout the year and applying those lessons to his mindset and performance. “I try to read at least a dozen motivational or educational books each year… and apply those lessons to my work, mindset, and personal life.”
His combination of hard work and intentional development is a big part of what makes him such a strong asset to the team.
