Director of Dispositions

If integrity had a heartbeat, it would sound a lot like Noël. For more than eight years, she has been one of the most trusted, consistent, and relationship‑driven forces at Better Path Homes. The kind of teammate who makes buyers feel understood, supported, and confident from the very first conversation.

Noël doesn’t just work with buyers; she builds long‑term relationships. She’s known for her honesty, her competitive fire, and her ability to navigate even the toughest deals with calm, clarity, and a relentless commitment to doing things the right way.

What She Loves About Her Job

Noël lights up when she talks about the integrity of the team – the way Better Path does things differently, and how that difference is recognized and respected in the community. That reputation isn’t accidental; it’s built on years of consistent honesty, transparency, and follow‑through.

“I love the integrity of this team,” she says. “It helps me build strong relationships with buyers. I enjoy meeting new people and seeing how their lives change.”

For Noël, this work is personal. Every buyer is a human being with goals, fears, and dreams. Every property is an opportunity to help someone move forward. And every interaction is a chance to reinforce the values that make Better Path Homes stand out.

Building Trust From the First Conversation

Trust is Noël’s superpower; not because she tries to earn it, but because she refuses to compromise it. Her approach is simple: Be honest. Be clear. Be real.

“I’m always honest about who we are as a company,” she explains. “Buyers are people, and those relationships thrive on mutual respect and honesty.”

She doesn’t sugarcoat property details. She doesn’t oversell. She doesn’t hide issues. Instead, she brings the facts, lays out the value, and lets buyers make informed decisions. It’s a refreshing approach in an industry where transparency isn’t always the norm – and it’s why buyers trust her, return to her, and refer others to her. This is Integrity in action, and it’s one of the reasons Noël has become a cornerstone of the buyer experience at Better Path.

The Person You Want in Your Corner

When deals get messy (and in real estate, they can), Noël is the person you want leading the charge. Her philosophy is simple: Be the person you would want to depend on.

“I know we’re all working toward the same goal,” she says. “Whatever we need to do to make that happen is my job description.”

When a deal blows up, she doesn’t panic. She doesn’t point fingers. She steps in, finds the resolution, and keeps everyone moving forward. Buyers rely on her. Teammates rely on her. And she shows up every time. This is Extreme Ownership at its finest – not just taking responsibility, but taking initiative, taking action, and taking care of people.

A Lesson That Changed Everything

Noël is fiercely competitive, the kind of person who hates to lose, pushes herself hard, and used to take every setback personally. But early in her career, she shared an office with Zach Betters, and one phrase he repeated over and over changed her entire mindset:

“We win or we learn.”

It clicked. It stuck. It reshaped her entire approach to work and life.

Now, she still hates losing (that part hasn’t changed) but she no longer sees a loss as failure. She sees it as data. As growth. As a chance to get better next time. “You’re only a loser if you don’t learn something from the experience,” she says. “This concept has improved my performance, mental health, and overall productivity exponentially.” This is Personal & Professional Development in its purest form – the willingness to evolve, to reflect, and to turn challenges into fuel.

Beyond the Job: The Many Layers of Noël

Noël is one of those people who surprises you (in the best way) the more you get to know her.

A Hobby You Wouldn’t Expect

She builds guitars. Yes, actual guitars. She’s also deeply into dinosaurs and fossil collecting – a combination of creativity, curiosity, and craftsmanship that mirrors the way she approaches her work.

A Musician at Heart

Noël can play almost any stringed instrument, and she loves writing music. She’s also really good at trivia – the kind of person you want on your team for game night.

Night Owl or Morning Person?

Night owl, no contest.

Beach, Mountains, or City?

Beach. Always.

Favorite Comfort Food

Spicy Thai noodles: bold, fiery, and full of personality, just like her.

One Word Friends Use to Describe Her

Passionate. And if you’ve ever seen her negotiate a deal, advocate for a buyer, or talk about her family, you know it’s true.

Biggest Pet Peeve

Unfinished projects – she likes things completed, resolved, and wrapped with a bow.

Guilty Pleasure Show

Ancient Aliens. She’s not ashamed. She’s committed.

Superpower of Choice

She’d choose the ability to talk to animals, which makes perfect sense when you meet her crew.

Meet the Zoo: Noël’s Pets

Noël doesn’t just love animals, she collects them, rescues them, and gives them the best life possible. Her family includes:

  • Sugarpug – a 16‑year‑old pug mix

  • Mother of Pearl (Pearl) – an 8‑year‑old fuzzy dog with a hot‑pink tail

  • Honeybee – a 5‑year‑old chihuahua/creature rescued from a hoarder

  • Dakota – a 5‑year‑old lab/Shar Pei mix saved from euthanasia

  • Oxford – a 28‑year‑old tortoise who breaks out every spring looking for ladies

  • An eel and dumpy frogs – because why not?

Her home is basically a small, joyful, chaotic sanctuary, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Why We’re Grateful for Noël

Noël is the kind of teammate who makes Better Path Homes stronger – not just through the deals she closes, but through the honesty she brings, the relationships she builds, and the passion she pours into everything she does.

She embodies our Core Values (Integrity, Stewardship, Extreme Ownership, Hard Work, and Personal & Professional Development) in a way that elevates everyone around her.

She’s competitive, caring, loyal, and endlessly committed to doing right by buyers, teammates, and the community.

Better Path Homes is better because Noël is here.
